About the role

Senior Frontend Engineer | REMOTE | Up to $230K + EquityI’m working with a fast-growing, highly profitable fintech company that is building a premium financial product for a sophisticated customer base. They’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help take their customer-facing product to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about frontend engineering, product quality, and design. You’ll be:→ Building polished, high-quality experiences with React + TypeScript→ Working closely with product and design to bring new experiences to life→ Helping shape frontend architecture, patterns, and engineering standards→ Taking ownership of meaningful product areas rather than just shipping tickets→ Contributing to technical direction as the team continues to scale They’re looking for someone with: • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong React + TypeScript experience • A strong eye for UI/UX and design quality • Experience building production-grade customer-facing applications • The ability to think about architecture, scalability, and maintainability • Startup or big tech experience preferred Bonus points for experience with Redux, Python, Django, Postgres, or financial services. The ideal person is someone who gets excited about the intersection of engineering and product — someone who notices the small details, cares about how things feel to the end user, and wants real ownership. If you’re a strong frontend engineer and open to hearing about something new, DM me.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
