Join our journey!Principal Business Development Manager - Commercial DataWe are seeking a Principal Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Data team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers travel suppliers and agencies to make smarter commercial decisions through high-value data partnerships and advanced market insights. With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.As a Principal Business Development Manager, you will serve as an expert advisor driving high-impact sales campaigns across the region. You will uncover new revenue opportunities, negotiate complex agreements and build strong executive relationships. This role requires broad decision-making latitude, commercial discipline and the drive to challenge legacy thinking.What you'll doBuild and execute strategic account plans to expand data media partnerships, secure long-term revenue and exceed regional growth targets.Lead executive-level commercial discussions with C-suite stakeholders to align client goals with Sabre solutions.Manage end-to-end deal execution, including change management, contract renewals and complex RFP responses.Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account health, align on project milestones and track performance metrics.Use generative AI and analytics tools to sharpen account planning, accelerate deal workflows and automate pipeline reporting.What you'll bringMinimum 8 years of experience in B2B data sales, media partnerships or account management within hotel, travel tech or SaaS sectors.Proven success leading complex negotiations, driving enterprise sales campaigns and managing C-level client relationships.Strong domain knowledge of travel media, data analytics capabilities and technical integrations.Demonstrated ability to solve complex commercial challenges and influence internal and external stakeholders.Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to enhance sales productivity and customer insight.Benefits that support you We know support looks different for everyone.
