Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Epic Bridges Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing interfaces using Epic Bridges. This role involves coordinating migration and training efforts, providing customer support, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of experience in Epic Bridges and must have active certification Interface Design and Development: Design, build, and test interfaces using Epic Bridges to ensure seamless integration between Epic and other systems.Migration Coordination: Coordinate migration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Training Coordination: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical staff to ensure effective use of interfaces.Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues related to interface functionality and performance.Implementation Management: Manage the full implementation cycle of interfaces, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure successful integration projects.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of interface designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
