Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Coral Gables/South Miami, FL. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the team, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service Attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking Experience in administrative roles or office management is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an office environment Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous
