Anglicotech Philippines is an established, rapidly growing, U.S. veteran-owned small business licensed in the Philippines. ATPH has established a long-term position in support the U.S. Marine Corps’ Global Positioning Network (GPN) program with 2 major sites in Subic Bay. We are leveraging this position to execute a vision that includes building a Philippine Sovereign Ammunition Enterprise in coordination with the Philippines Department of National Defense (DND). The partnership will be executed through a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between the Philippines Defense Group/AT Philippines and the Philippines DND Government Arsenal (GA).We are seeking a full-time PMO Analyst/Scheduler/Configuration Manager with immediate availability to create and maintain the project-control system that gives leadership one reliable view of schedule, actions, risks, decisions, deliverable status, resource use, and document configuration.Location:First 6 months is flexible.Permanent location is Manila / Government Arsenal; with a routine on-site presence.Report to the Program Manager / JPO Chief.Salary: A salary range of $77,067 - $90,667 is available for this position.Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, and technical qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsuranceResponsibilities:Maintain the WBS and integrated master schedule, including dependencies, critical path, milestones, baselines, forecasts, and approved changes.Run weekly status collection and challenge unsupported percent-complete or forecast claims.Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions, data requests, and change requests.Control document metadata, versions, review cycles, comments, release status, and archival records.Produce dashboards, milestone views, meeting packs, decision logs, and concise schedule/resource analyses.Track consultant hours and deliverables against work authorizations; flag impending overruns.Support workshops, capture decisions and actions, and convert outcomes into controlled baseline updates.Maintain an auditable link among MOC requirements, schedule work packages, responsible roles, and accepted products.Required Qualifications:Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working mastery of at least one scheduling tool such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.Demonstrated experience building and maintaining WBS-based schedules, RAID logs, action/decision trackers, dashboards, and document-control systems.Excellent written English, attention to detail, and ability to produce executive-ready materials under short deadlines.Ability to work full-time in Metro Manila and regularly at Government sites.Sound judgment handling confidential, proprietary, and Government-sensitive information.Desired Qualifications:Philippine Government or defense-program experience.Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Power BI, or a comparable controlled collaboration environment.Configuration-management, PMP, PMI-SP, Primavera, or project-controls certification.Experience tracking level of effort, consultant burn, earned value, or cost/schedule performance.Familiarity with engineering document reviews, gate reviews, or master-plan production.Security Clearance:Public TrustEducation and Experience:Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is preferredExperience can be substituted for Degree7+ years in program controls, scheduling, project coordination, configuration management, or PMO analysis on Government, defense, engineering, construction, or industrial programs.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with Federal Government Contracting processGood organization skills to balance and prioritize workAnalytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challengesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAnglicotech Philippines, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
