About the role

Cartesia Inbound GTM Associate Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence, and inbound demand for our models is growing fast. We're looking for a hungry, high-velocity Inbound GTM Associate to own our inbound motion, similar to an Inbound SDR or BDR role elsewhere. As the first person focused fully on inbound, you'll be the first conversation for developers, startups, and enterprises who reach out, getting each one to the right next step and helping set how we qualify, route, and hand off leads to AEs. Client-facing experience is a must, and a background in tech sales is a plus.
Note: Cartesia participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with Form I-9 information to confirm employment eligibility after hire. In-office policy: We're an in-person team based out of offices in San Francisco, London and Bangalore. We love being in the office, hanging out together, and learning from each other every day.
Visa sponsorship: We provide visa sponsorship support and assess each circumstance on a case-by-case basis. However, visa sponsorship is dependent on many factors, including the role you are applying for, and the location you are going to be based, and so we can't always guarantee success. Your Recruiter will work with you to understand your visa sponsorship needs from the first call. We ship fast. All of our work is novel and cutting edge, and execution speed is paramount. We have a high bar, and we don't sacrifice quality or design along the way. We support each other. We have an open & inclusive culture that's focused on giving everyone the resources they need to succeed.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
