About the role

SHR Consulting Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Lead COOP SME - TT&E to design, execute, and evaluate enterprise-wide TT&E programs that validate COOP, EM, and DR plans. Requires active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret; position is full-time onsite at the Pentagon. Responsibilities include designing TT&E events, ensuring compliance with DoW directives and NIST SP 800-34, developing training programs, and coordinating COOP/EM exercises while reporting via CAP and AARs.
