About the role
AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Sr. Tax Manager, M&A Integration and Tax Planning to drive tax workstreams during acquisition integration, starting with Indicor. You will oversee ASC 740, post‑acquisition reporting, and entity rationalization, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business leaders.
