Job Description: Job Description Same Day Drains LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. We work on commercial construction, tenant improvements, service and repair projects throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
  • Install domestic water, sanitary waste, and vent piping
  • Perform underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing
  • Install plumbing fixtures, floor sinks, floor drains, water heaters, and related equipment
  • Read and understand plumbing plans and specifications
  • Perform troubleshooting and plumbing repairs
  • Coordinate with foremen, project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow California plumbing codes and jobsite safety requirements
  • Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
Qualifications:
  • Commercial plumbing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of underground, rough plumbing, and finish plumbing
  • Ability to read construction/plumbing plans
  • Familiarity with commercial plumbing materials and installation methods
  • Must have reliable transportation to jobsites
  • Must be dependable and able to arrive on time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Must have basic plumbing hand tools
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
