About the role
We're looking for someone with around 12-18 months' planning experience who is keen to develop their expertise and take on greater project responsibility. You don't need to be a Reserved Matters specialist, but some exposure and a good understanding of the Reserved Matters process is essential.
The Role:
Supporting and preparing Reserved Matters applications. Reviewing outline permissions, conditions and planning requirements. Coordinating with clients, architects and technical consultants. Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation. Liaising with local authorities and project teams. Supporting applications through to determination.
About You:
12-18 months' Town Planning experience. Relevant planning qualification. Some Reserved Matters exposure and a good understanding of the process. Strong communication and organisational skills.
