About the role
- Design and run lifecycle programmes, from onboarding and time-to-value through to pre-renewal and upsell
- Drive renewal rates and net revenue retention, reduce churn and run win-back activity
- Use usage, engagement and CRM data to segment accounts by value, risk and opportunity
- Run account-based engagement across strategic accounts, and spot expansion headroom
- Improve in-product messaging, automated journeys and the on-platform experience
- Build renewal and expansion toolkits for Customer Success and SalesGuide marketing executives supporting retention activity
- Report on retention, usage, expansion revenue and lifecycle metrics, and act on what the data shows
- What you'll bring
- Experience in a B2B subscriptions, information or membership marketing team
- Hands-on experience of lifecycle, nurture and account-based programmes
- Strong copywriting and a feel for what keeps customers engaged
- Confidence with MarTech (Marketo, CRM, Tableau, Heap, Sailthru or similar), and interest in usingAI and automation for health scoring and targeting
- Commercial focus, energy and the initiative to fix problems without being asked
- A bachelor's degree
