About the role
We’re currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced beauty brand. This person will help keep the office running smoothly while providing administrative support across leadership, marketing, sales, and operations.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. An interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer products is a plus!What You’ll Be Doing:Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendors, deliveries, and workspace organization.Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and team events.Provide administrative support, including document preparation, invoice and expense tracking, and file management.Assist with onboarding activities, employee communications, and office-related requests.Support occasional projects across marketing, sales, and operations as needed.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in office coordination, administration, executive support, or a similar role.Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive, service-oriented approach.Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer goods is preferred, but not required.
