About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support commercial construction projects as part of a small electrical crew. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, this role involves regional and local travel for project assignments, with opportunities to advance into foreman progression and project supervision.
Responsibilities:
Install electrical systems and wiring for commercial construction projects.
Troubleshoot circuits and resolve electrical issues.
Ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes and the National Electrical Code.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints.
Estimate required electrical materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
Journeyman electrician license.
Experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA safety standards.
Blueprint reading and conduit bending skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
