- Perform mainline, sewer, and drain cleaning
- Operate heavy drain-cleaning equipment, including sewer machines, jetters, and other specialized equipment
- Identify the cause of recurring drain and sewer problems
- Perform camera inspections and accurately identify line issues
- Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions to homeowners
- Complete plumbing repairs and service work as needed
- Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and equipment Qualifications: What You NeedAt least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong drain and sewer experience
- Comfortable operating heavy drain-cleaning equipment
- Experience with sewer machines, hydro jetters, drain cameras, and related equipment is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the right solution
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
