About the role
Assistant Vice President, Deposit Services Supervisor The Assistant Vice President, Deposit Services Supervisor helps lead daily deposit operations and a team of approximately 10 Banking Services employees. This working-leader role coordinates workflow, coaches employees, strengthens controls, resolves operational issues, and supports accurate, timely service while reducing customer, compliance, fraud, and financial risk.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate daily workflow, priorities, service levels, and operational deadlines for Deposit Services.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and technical support to Banking Operations employees.
Review transactions, reconciliations, exceptions, and approvals within delegated authority.
Monitor customer and branch service channels to promote timely, accurate, and professional support.
Use productivity, service, and quality reporting to identify trends, strengthen accountability, and guide coaching.
Maintain procedures and controls, support audits and access reviews, escalate significant issues, and provide hands-on operational coverage as needed.
What You'll BringFive or more years of banking operations, deposit services, retail operations, or related financial-services experience.
Previous lead, coaching, training, or supervisory experience; experience managing operational controls and performance measures is preferred.
Strong knowledge of deposit operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, internal controls, information security, and consumer-compliance expectations.
Sound judgment, analytical ability, organization, and clear communication with employees, customers, branches, vendors, and leaders.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
