Job Description:
General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Warehouse / Assembler to join a manufacturing team here in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently Pay Rate16.50 / hrSchedule and Hours8am to 5pm Monday – Friday General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings. Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly. Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance. Reeling/cutting cables for orders. Training will be provided for cable connecter assembly. General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Qualifications and Requirements Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and schematics. Experience with hand soldering. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Job TypeFull-time, temporary to permanent.
