Sr. Director of PMO

Senior Director, PMOThe Senior Director PMO is an on-site/hybrid position, reporting to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare-related experience with RCM exposure and strong project management skills. Key responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through post-implementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued. The position involves overseeing a team of 8-10 product owners and project management staff, with occasional travel required in the initial months.Responsibilities: The Senior PMO will manage product owners, and all PMS will report to them.
