About the role

Senior Director, PMOThe Senior Director PMO is an on-site/hybrid position, reporting to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare-related experience with RCM exposure and strong project management skills. Key responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through post-implementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued. The position involves overseeing a team of 8-10 product owners and project management staff, with occasional travel required in the initial months.Responsibilities: The Senior PMO will manage product owners, and all PMS will report to them. The role may involve travel a few times per week in the first few months.Requirements Desired Qualifications: Strong understanding of project management disciplines Analytical and process-centric mindset Team-oriented problem-solving approach Excellent communication skills Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams Strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified preferred, but Green Belt is acceptable) Offshore team experience is a plus Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 8-10 people Revenue Cycle Management and Continuous Improvement are critical Benefits Excellent salary, benefits, and team!
