About the role
To enhance quality assurance processes, the remote Senior Analyst, Quality Control will perform independent quality reviews across BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations alerts, cases, and complex investigations, providing objective feedback to improve documentation quality.
Key responsibilities
Execute the weekly QC sample across various BSA/AML and sanctions-related items
Classify findings using the error taxonomy and document rationale clearly
Provide constructive feedback and identify recurring quality themes for escalation
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
CAMS certification preferred, with an expectation to obtain within 12 months of hire
5+ years of experience in BSA/AML alert review, investigations, or quality control/quality assurance
Proficiency with Actimize, FCRM, and/or Bridger case-management workflows
Strong analytical skills with a focus on documentation quality and error taxonomy standards
