This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, social media and creator partnerships, and is passionate about building best-in-class social experiences.In this senior-level role, you'll lead critical execution across rhode's social media content and it's creators. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure creator partnerships run seamlessly, content is executed thoughtfully, budgets and timelines stay on track, and every touchpoint reflects the rhode brand.What You'll DoLead the talent strategy and execution for rhode's content creator program.Own and maintain the creator relationships within the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand vision, key business priorities, launches, and campaigns.Manage day-to-day relationships with creators, supporting briefing, content feedback, approvals, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring a seamless creator experience.Oversee the organization of social assets and usage, ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.Track content production timelines, budgets, and project milestones, proactively identifying risks and keeping content creators on schedule.Partner closely with the Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and asset needs.Maintain organized documentation of content performance, campaign learnings, creator results, and platform best practices.Analyze social performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness and continuously improving workflows and processes.Stay deeply connected to platform updates, emerging social behaviors, beauty trends, and cultural moments, translating insights into opportunities for the brand.To Be SuccessfulStrong written communication skills, with a clear understanding of brand voice and toneHighly organized with outstanding project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing creators or creative partners from briefing through final delivery.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across creative, marketing, product, and external partners.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a high standard for quality and execution.Passion for social media, digital culture, beauty, and the evolving creator landscape.Growth mindset and eagerness to learn while working collaboratively with a small, fast-moving teamWhat You'll Bring5-7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing (beauty or lifestyle experience a plus)Highly organized with strong attention to detailProactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects forward independently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining flexibility as priorities evolve.A deep understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, emerging trends, and the evolving creator landscape.Experience managing creator content, campaign workflows, approvals, and asset organization from concept through execution.Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Workspace, social scheduling platforms, or analytics tools is a plus (not required)$110,000 - $140,000 a yearThe base salary range for this role is listed above.Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.Compensation components are subject to change at the company's discretion
