We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a large, diverse team on a long-term, high-impact transportation project, offering unmatched stability and the opportunity to shape one of Washington’s most critical transportation hubs.What You'll Do?Responsibilities: ·       Lead all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion·       Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control·       Manage contract scope, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies·       Drive project schedule, manpower planning, and resource allocation·       Build and lead high-performing project teams across operations, field, and support departments·       Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and company policies·       Lead project closeout, including documentation, reporting, and lessons learnedDay to Day Work:·       Collaborate with field leadership, estimators, and purchasing on project execution·       Conduct project meetings (internal and external) to track progress and resolve issues·       Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with scope·       Monitor productivity, schedule milestones, and financial health of projects·       Coordinate with airport/transportation authorities and adhere to site-specific requirements·       Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes·       Prepare and present project reports to leadership and clientsAbout UsVECA is one of the largest electrical subcontractors in the Pacific Northwest, built on long-standing relationships rooted in trust and integrity.
