About the role
We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in Toms River, NJ. We have 3 physicians in this practice location and an energetic team of support staff. We pride ourselves on our workflow to decrease physician burnout. No after-hours calls or hospital rounding. This position offers: J1 Visa sponsorship and/or student loan repayment options are available for strong candidates A competitive salary Full coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Physician to join our team in providing quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. Compensation:
$220,000 plus productivity-based bonuses Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments, fostering a proactive approach to patient health. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care within the practice. Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health education and preventive care, strengthening our commitment to public health. Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices in family medicine. Mentor and support junior staff and medical students, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the practice.
Qualifications:
Experience in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Proven track record of conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing treatments. Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records for seamless communication. Passion for participating in community outreach initiatives to promote health education and preventive care. Dedication to continuous professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices. Experience in mentoring and supporting junior staff and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
