About the role
To support the legal team, the full-time Associate Corporate Counsel for IP and Marketing will manage legal product matters, provide guidance on intellectual property issues, and assist with marketing compliance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage legal product matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Provide guidance on intellectual property issues, including patents and trademarks
Assist the marketing team with compliance and legal review of marketing materials
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experience in intellectual property law and marketing compliance
Strong understanding of legal product matters in a technology context
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
