Mechanic / Powersports Technician

Job Description Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on powersports vehicles and equipment Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, tune-ups, and inspections Complete warranty and manufacturer-required repairs Accurately document repairs and service recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with pre-delivery inspections and vehicle setup Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines

Qualifications: Previous mechanical experience required Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, small engine, diesel technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment safely Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
