We have an opportunity for a Molder to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard. You will: Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part. Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging. Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel. Maintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities. Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.

Key Qualifications:

Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.

Shift/Hours: 1st shift 6:00am 2:00pm Monday Friday

Overtime as needed either after shift or on Saturdays

Compensation: The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
