- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn and consistently use our CRM
- Team-oriented — you want the people around you to succeed too Previous experience in sales, customer service, property management, home services, hospitality, athletics, or another performance-driven environment is valuable. Real estate experience is a plus, but it's not required for the right person. Recent College Graduates — We Want to Meet You If you're finishing college or recently graduated and finding that every “entry-level” opportunity somehow wants three years of experience, don't let that stop you from applying. We're interested in what you've actually demonstrated. Were you a college athlete who learned discipline, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure? Did you work your way through school? Spend summers doing physically demanding work? Work in property management or home services? Wait tables, sell memberships, make cold calls, run a side hustle, or learn how to upsell customers? We can teach you our business. Bring us the work ethic.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
