Job Description Structural Foreman - Atlanta, GAWe are looking for an experienced Structural Foreman to join a growing construction team in the Atlanta area. This position will oversee structural work on tenant finish-out and renovation projects for large warehouse, distribution, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong structural steel experience who can manage crews, coordinate daily field activities, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise structural crews on active job sites Perform and oversee structural steel welding and installation Structural modifications, reinforcement, and miscellaneous steel work Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities Work around existing warehouse and distribution operations Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and other trades Maintain quality, productivity, and jobsite safety standards Assist with layout, field modifications, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
Previous Foreman or Lead experience in commercial or industrial construction Strong structural steel welding experience required Experience with tenant finish-outs, renovations, or warehouse/distribution facilities preferred Ability to read structural drawings and plans Strong leadership and crew-management skills Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Welding certifications are a plus This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Foreman looking for steady work with a company completing projects for major warehouse and distribution clients throughout the Atlanta market.
