Job description: Electro-Mechanical Design Engineers at MTC significantly and creatively engage in the design and development of machine tools and other automated machinery using Autodesk Inventor. This is a hands-on position that works collaboratively with production teams and leadership with opportunities to work directly on projects you design.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Machine System Planning
  • Mechanical Machine Design using 3D CADElectro-mechanical Machine Design using 3D CADGenerate machine design concepts for sales leads
  • Creating Bills of Material (BOM’s)
  • Sourcing of Parts and Components
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in engineering, electro-mechanics, automation, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) (3+ years)
Exposure to linear guide rails, ballscrews, pneumatic systems, servo systems, industrial control systems. Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000/year based on experience with opportunities for growth
Sign On Bonus: $3000
