The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational partner, driving execution across a range of engineering priorities. This includes strategic planning for AI inference processors, AI software enablement, server CPU, custom silicon, networking, and hardware systems. The role also involves operational management, serving as a communication liaison, project management, performance monitoring, problem-solving, meeting coordination, executive support, and risk assessment. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the operating cadence, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring clear alignment across various teams and stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 12 years' of business operations or related experience. A strong background in engineering operations, strategy, product/program execution, or business operations within semiconductor, cloud, AI, data center, or infrastructure environments is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Chief of Staff or equivalent executive operations role, particularly in complex engineering environments. Key qualifications include strong technical and business acumen, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving, matrixed global organization. The role requires a professional with the ability to operate across a range of technical areas, including AI hardware, software platforms, CPU, networking, and custom silicon, and who can effectively manage executive communications and decision-making processes.
