Administrative AssistantSafebound Luxury is a branch of Safebound Moving & Storage, a company designed to simplify the logistics process for clients that require high level services. The luxury division offers white glove delivery, staging, installations, inspections and storage services. Safebound has helped numerous designer firms, development companies and high fashion design brands. The company is located in West Palm Beach, Florida.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time, on-site, Administrative Assistant at Safebound Moving & Storage in West Palm Beach, FL. We are looking for a dynamic individual. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical assistance to the office, answering phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries, billing assistance, and warehouse tracking of inbound and outbound items. Ideal candidate is a self-driven and highly organized individual. The Role acts as a liaison between clients and our account managers.ScheduleMonday-Friday / 40hrsQualificationsAdministrative assistance, clerical skills.Strong Accounts Receivable / payable skills and tracking.QuickBooks, Excel.Phone etiquette, communication skills.Inventory control experience preferred.Excellent organization skills.Executive administrative assistance experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Office 365, form, and tracking skills are mandatory.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the logistics industry and/or design industry is preferred.
