About the role
Commerce Bank is launching an Expansion Market Trainee program in Clayton, MO, designed to train you into a productive Commercial Banker. You will rotate with Corporate Commercial Banking teams, gain exposure to lending, credit analysis, and client service, and prepare for placement in Nashville or Grand Rapids markets. Participants receive training, mentorship, and exposure to a broad product set while building key relationships across teams.
