As a Senior Developer at USLI, you will lead a high-performance team building and maintaining mobile, web, and in-house applications. You guide projects from design through delivery, ensuring code quality and scalable solutions. You collaborate across teams to implement new features and mentor colleagues on best practices. Responsibilities Team leadership: oversee day-to-day direction on medium-sized initiatives Technical leadership: demonstrate strong OO design,.NET framework, and system design standards System design and coding: create feature sets with minimal architecture involvement and enforce coding standards Mentorship: coach team members on complex topics and best practices Code reuse: optimize reuse across the development lifecycle Innovation: propose innovative solutions and mentor peers on new technologies Collaboration: stay current with software trends and provide feedback to leaders Problem-solving: resolve conflicts and address development challenges Professional development: support ongoing education as part of development plans
Key requirements Proficiency in ASP/ASP.NET, C#, MVC, VB/VB.NET, Java Script/jQuery/JSON, Knockout.js, Angular.js, SQL Server, SQL/XMLStrong problem-solving abilities and mentoring skills Excellent written and oral communication with business and IT stakeholders Ability to guide a team and foster accountability Minimum 10+ years of software development experience Experience with Agile/SCRUM and understanding of workflows On-site presence 75% of the time; 9 to 5 ET with possible overtime College degree, technical certifications or equivalent experience Demonstrated expertise in one or more technology disciplines Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Effective communication with diverse stakeholders Mentorship and coaching mindsetASP/ASP.NETC#MVC
