About the role

Evergen is seeking an Operations Engineering Director / Sr. Director to build and lead a new Global Operations Engineering function across U.S. manufacturing facilities and collaborate with Germany. The role focuses on creating scalable engineering infrastructure, standards, automation, and technology roadmaps to support growth, with direct reporting to the EVP of Operations. The position is on-site at HQ in Alachua, FL, with multiple other sites considered.
