About the role
Mass General Brigham's Development Office is seeking a Senior Director of Development, Principal Gifts to lead major gifts strategy across the Academic Medical Center. This role identifies, cultivates, solicits and steward donors with seven- to ten-figure capacity, partnering with leadership and faculty to advance fundraising priorities and patient care.
The Senior Director will manage a high-level portfolio, drive moves management, document in Blackbaud CRM, and collaborate across teams.
