Medical Transcriptionist
Qualifications: RHDS, CHDS preferred but not requiredBLA from the AHA
Responsibilities: Converts physician dictations from medical visits, surgeries, and consultations into written clinical documents. Reviews drafts created by speech-to-text software to correct grammar, punctuation, and contextual errors. Identifies inconsistencies, missing information, or incorrect medical terminology that could affect patient care. Enters finalized notes directly into Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while strictly adhering to patient confidentiality guidelines.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Hours to be determined upon award.
