About the role
- All candidates Must currently possess an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance for consideration. Required
- Candidates without the required security clearance will Not be considered for this position.
- At this time our company does Not sponsor candidates for security clearances.
- Selected candidates must have BS/BA + 5 years of FOIA experience required, or 9+ years of FOIA experience with no degree. Required
- Demonstrated experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing, including coordination, documentation, drafting correspondence, and interacting with requesters.
- Strong ability to review sensitive government records and ensure compliance with disclosure, privacy, and classification requirements.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to produce error-free, professionally formatted documents.
- Proficiency with case management tools and document-handling systems; experience with IC or agency systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to accurately document case actions.
- Preferred FOIA Skills:
- Experience with FOIA case management within the Intelligence Community.
- Familiarity with FOIA records tracking systems.
- Background in legal, paralegal, compliance, or records management disciplines.
- Prior experience drafting official correspondence and coordinating with multiple government entities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
