As OCI continues its rapid growth, we're investing in operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and scalable business processes that enable our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate innovation.Role SummaryManage the content and customer-engagement programs that make OCI Summits and flagship events technically valuable and differentiated, connecting customers directly with OCI engineers, executives, partners, and product experts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Summit session development from call for content through final delivery.Coordinate speakers, engineering leaders, customers, and strategic partners.Manage speaker communications, deadlines, presentation reviews, rehearsals, and readiness.Develop session taxonomy and technical-level guidance to help attendees identify appropriate content.Coordinate hands-on labs, workshops, engineering deep dives, panels, and fireside chats.Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure programming reflects OCI priorities and customer interests.Support executive dinners, roundtables, customer meetings, and peer networking programs.Coordinate capture and post-production of high-value event content for continued customer engagement.Manage attendee feedback and session analytics to identify programming opportunities.Help develop year-round engagement opportunities that extend relationships beyond the physical event.Ideal Background5+ years in content marketing, event programming, customer marketing, developer/technical marketing, or strategic program management.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in event content, content marketing, customer marketing, developer marketing, or program management.Experience managing event content programs, including speakers, sessions, panels, workshops, or hands-on experiences.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple speakers, deadlines, and content workstreams simultaneously.Excellent written, editorial, and verbal communication skills.Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, or subject matter experts.Ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling customer programming.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing content for technical, engineering, cloud, AI, or developer audiences.Experience managing executive speakers and senior technical leaders.Experience with hands-on labs, workshops, technical demonstrations, or developer programs.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.Experience developing session taxonomies, content tracks, or technical difficulty levels.Experience with post-event video, content capture, and digital content distribution.Experience using attendee feedback and analytics to shape future programming.Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. PMP / Scrum Master certification. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams. Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint. Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization. Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation. Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills.
