Production Manager We’re partnering with an established manufacturer in the Mocksville area that is looking to add a Bilingual Production Manager to its leadership team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for production performance, supervisor development, employee accountability, quality, and day-to-day execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong manufacturing leadership experience Experience managing supervisors and hourly production teamsISO 9001 experience required Strong documentation and compliance background Experience supporting multiple shifts Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence Ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance High-volume manufacturing experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead production activities across 1st and 2nd shift Manage and develop frontline supervisors Drive safety, quality, productivity, and output Ensure production documentation meets ISO requirements Address performance issues, downtime, quality concerns, and production bottlenecks Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations leadership Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation Compensation & Benefits$100K base salary Bonus of at least 10%3–4 weeks PTOFull benefits package Multiple medical plan options 401(k) with 4% company contribution/match Company-paid STD and LTDGrowth Opportunity
