About the role

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar financial services company. It has grown quickly through acquisitions and keeps adding new business lines. This seat is the finance partner for two growth business units, one in real estate services and one in technology services. It's a senior, hands-on individual contributor role on the enterprise FP&A team, with room to build a team of analysts later. What you'll own Run the rolling forecast, budget, and long-range plan for your business units Build driver-based models that tie operating metrics to results Own variance analysis and explain the "why" behind the numbers Build executive and board-ready financial packages Model ROI, M&A, and other strategic projects Partner with Data & Analytics on dashboards, new data sources, and KPI definitions Work directly with senior leaders across operations, finance, and technology What you bring Bachelor's in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience Real estate industry experience (mortgage, title, brokerage, real estate services, or similar) Advanced Excel and a planning tool like Adaptive, Anaplan, or Oracle EPMBI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and comfort with large data sets You can turn numbers into a clear story for executives
Nice to have:
  • MBA or master's degree
  • Insurance, financial services, or multi-entity experience
  • Track record building FP&A processes in a fast-growth setting

  • Base $170,000 to $200,000 plus annual bonus
