Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Rosemont, IL to lead engineering teams, drive cost reduction, and implement process improvements across aerospace manufacturing. This onsite role requires strong leadership and Lean manufacturing expertise. You will oversee capital projects, mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts with Quality, Procurement, and NPD, and ensure AS9100 compliance.
