About the role

Psychiatric Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient Recreational Therapist to organize patient activities, reinforce cognitive stimulation, and promote socialization within the unit. The role collaborates with Mental Health staff and fills in for program staff as needed. You will plan community education events, foster a culture of kindness and accountability, and develop schedules that align with CMS guidelines to ensure therapeutic benefit for patients.
