As a Field Sales Trainee, you'll become the trusted local expert for pest control services.
Your role includes:
Visiting neighborhoods and engaging homeowners with tailored pest prevention options
Building relationships by listening to customer concerns and offering clear, honest guidance
Learning and mastering our pest control products, treatments, and service plans
Working closely with sales and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Helping expand our presence in the community through active outreach and follow-up
