The Enterprise Account Manager at CAP Index plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic sales and comprehensive account management. This remote position is ideal for candidates based in the PA, NY, NJ, DE, or DC areas. While the position is virtual, there will be periodic get-togethers in the Mid-Atlantic region. By managing and expanding relationships with key clients—primarily Fortune 500 companies and government agencies—this role ensures the achievement of sales targets and the cultivation of long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, positioning CAP Index's advanced crime risk data and security management offerings, and overseeing the successful solution implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our clients.
