Executive Account Assistant The Executive Account Assistant will support account operations, executive-level coordination, client communication, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with clients, internal teams, and leadership. You will play an important role in helping accounts run smoothly, keeping information organized, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting the overall client experience.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to executives and account teams. Assist with managing client accounts, documentation, records, and internal information. Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents. Maintain accurate account information and organized internal records. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal departments. Track important deadlines, requests, tasks, and account-related updates. Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing account documentation. Support account managers with daily priorities and special projects. Help resolve routine client inquiries and coordinate requests with the appropriate team members. Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and workflow efficiency. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling business and client information.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
