About the role

HR Assistant The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for leading the conversion of employee personnel records from paper files to an electronic personnel file system. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, secure, and organized employee records while supporting compliance with company policies and record retention requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to excel in a faced paced environment.
