What You'll Be Doing: Representing client campaigns through direct, face-to-face engagement Communicating campaign information clearly and professionally Building rapport with customers and creating positive interactions Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives Working alongside the team to achieve daily performance goals Developing your communication and presentation skills through regular coaching What You'll Gain At GLO Wisconsin, development is built into the role. You should be: Confident and comfortable speaking with new people Professional, positive, and dependable Receptive to coaching and feedback Motivated by goals and personal development Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Available full-time and able to commute within the Milwaukee area Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, communications, or other people-facing roles is useful, but isn't essential.
