About the role
MAA, a leading apartment community operator in the United States, is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist in Panama City, FL. You will partner with on-site property management to enhance resident satisfaction, manage move-ins and move-outs, conduct inspections, and coordinate service requests.
You will guide prospective residents during tours, maintain knowledge of community amenities, and support communications across CRM and other systems.
