Role Description: This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and supports data-driven decision-making across the business. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analysis, and developing data models that help optimize operations and customer experience. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders, and continuously improving data quality and reporting processes.
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analytics tools and techniques Knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to business problems Experience with data modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures and workflows Clear and confident communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial Familiarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL) is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
