- Job RequirementsAbility to read a tape measureFamiliarity with operation of power/cutting toolsInstalls various outboards (with instruction)
- Installs various types of equipment (with instruction)
- Installation of all wiring, fuel and control and oil systems (with instruction)
- Install correct size and approved fuel, exhaust and water hoses (with instruction)
Installs steering systems in accordance with OEM instructionCalibrate gauges in accordance with OEM instructionsFamiliarity with ABYC standards and install equipment according to its guidelinesFamiliarity with fresh/raw water and sanitary systemsActs as a team leader on certain projects as neededAbility to install various drive systems such as water jets, inboard gas and diesel, stern drive, shaft drive and various outboardsAbility to troubleshoot various systemsAbility to conduct a fuel system or any other tank system test for integrityAbility to fabricate equipment panels/brackets as necessaryAbility to install (including separation of systems) fresh/raw water and sanitary systemsABYC Standards certification a plusRelies on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goalsAble to install various outboard, inboard diesel and gas enginesOther duties as assignedUses established company procedures to work in a safe mannerReports to Shop SupervisorAdd the following as the last bullet -ABYC Electrical Certification a PlusBenefitsMultiple Healthcare PackagesSick Leave and Paid Time Off AccrualSeveral Paid Holidays a YearABYC Electrical Certification a Plus
