What You’ll Do: •Shape the community: Prepare, form, pour, and finish concrete for walls, foundations, flatwork, and more — every project is unique. •Work with your hands: Use trowels, floats, screeds, and other tools to create smooth, high-quality surfaces that you can take pride in. •Be part of a team: Collaborate with skilled professionals who are as committed as you are to delivering top-notch results. •Stay active: Enjoy the physical rewards of a job that keeps you moving, lifting, and building all day long. •Keep safety first: Help maintain a clean, safe job site where everyone looks out for each other.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For: •Proven experience in concrete finishing, forming, flatwork, and/or foundations. •Comfortable using hand tools and equipment to create precise, quality work. •Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time. •Detail-oriented with a passion for doing the job right the first time. •A reliable team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work. •A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
