About the role

All Staff is hiring a floor mechanic to support pipe mill and steelmaking operations in a manufacturing environment. You will perform autonomous maintenance, operate cranes, and participate in continuous improvement while keeping production areas clean and safe. The role requires basic mechanical skills, safety-focused work habits, and the ability to read operating instructions. Swing shifts include 6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am with a 4-on/4-off rotation.
